    How it works

    2. That square locks in for the whole room — no duplicate tapping required.
    3. Five in a row, column, or diagonal completes the kill chain. Clear marks or deal a new card to run it back.
    4. Broadcast chat is room-key encrypted; direct messages get their own ephemeral key per pair.
